We have discovered that engagement or lack there of is symptomatic of the workforce environment and business culture.

In response to this we cover aspects of an effective team culture in our book, TIGERS Among Us - Winning Business Team Cultures and Why They Thrive.

Then in response to endorsements and acclaim for this book we are launching a team development tool kit called the TIGERS Team Wheel Game that helps tearms from the ground up craft the type of work environment that is demonstrated through behaviors that build increased levels of trust, interdependence, genuineness, empathy, risk and success.
