Assuming that a work culture with norms of honesty and integrity is inherently healthy and productive. We know it takes unusual courage to be authentic and speak the truth, as we know it. This is a character trait we wish to hire for, and nurture, at Interaction Associates.

Respecting the right of people to have an effective voice in the decisions that affect their lives. We support workplace democracy and a principle of maximum appropriate involvement in the process.

Human dignity
Honoring other human beings simply by virtue of their being alive. We begin with a posture of respect and courtesy for every individual. We assume the best about others' intentions until clearly proven different. We honor and respect diversity in daily interactions.
In 1993, we made a unique move to put our values into action. Interaction Associates became the first firm of its kind to fund a nonprofit institute: The Interaction Institute for Social Change (IISC)
