Location:  Work from home in Boston, San Francisco Bay, Raleigh-Durham, Dallas, Indianapolis, Denver Areas

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Imagine, develop, and administer distinctive digital marketing campaigns on HubSpot and other distribution platforms to increase brand awareness and generate qualitied leads
  • Use data, (e.g., Google, HubSpot and LinkedIn Analytics) to analyze inbound and outbound campaign performance and buyer journey experience
  • Work closely with internal subject matter experts to assemble campaign materials - everything from infographics and social media content to emails, videos, and reports
  • Coordinate the development of graphic elements for emails, collateral, and social media with the graphic design team
  • Edit thought leader content and write compelling summaries, case studies, blogs and messages for email, website, and social media distribution
  • Develop and executes an editorial content calendar
  • Collaborates effectively with Marketing Events Manager to strategically promote and market all events
  • Manage HubSpot system and oversees Google Analytics
  • Manage external vendor relationships (e.g., writers, proofreaders)
  • Help develop and maintain company marketing collateral
  • Lead contact list development and maintenance

Required Experience or Demonstrated Ability:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in journalism, marketing, communications, technology, or public relations. Preferred: MBA in marketing technology or related discipline
  • 4 years or more of business-to-business (B2B) content marketing experience, preferably in the learning and development, education, or other professional services sector using sales and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pardot, LinkedIn)
  • Successful track record in crafting compelling positioning messages and business-related content for various target audiences
  • Experience creating marketing plans and supporting materials
  • Experience with Box, Zoom Meeting, LinkedIn, Zoom Info
  • Experience developing metrics, reports, and performance dashboards
  • Experience supporting a sales team and directing the implementation of sales tools and programs
  • Preferred understanding of the online video industry and knowledge of encoding and digital rights management

Preferred Experience or Demonstrated Ability:

  • Understand target market segments, buyer personas, and ideal customer targets, and design forward-thinking positioning approaches for each
  • Build and administer automated buyer journeys that are compelling and seamless to the buyer
  • Tailor campaign design, narrative, execution, and optimization based on response insights
  • Develop testing parameters and controls achieve campaign targets and improve cost-per-lead efficiency
  • Use tactic-specific measurement tools and techniques (e.g. digital analytics software)
  • Transition from high-level strategic thinking to creative and detailed execution
  • Lead multiple projects and thrive in high-pressure, time-sensitive scenarios
  • Write original copy and edit other people’s work, with proficiency in AP style
  • Use all Microsoft Office applications
  • Deliver products and projects on-time and on-budget
