1. How do I register for a public workshop?

Online: 
Complete the online registration form and submit it through Pheedloop's secure website.

2. How early should I register?

Our workshops fill at varying rates, so register early to avoid disappointment.

3. How do I pay for a program?

Payment is required to assure registration on Pheedloop. Payments will be processed using Stripe. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

4. What is your cancel/reschedule policy?

For in-person workshops, there is no charge to reschedule to a different session more than 30 days out, as long as it falls in the same calendar year. For additional fees, please see below:

16-29 days prior to a session: Reschedule within same calendar year $0/Cancel 20% of fee
8-15 days prior to a session: Reschedule within same calendar year $0/Cancel 50% of fee
Less than 8 days prior to a session: Reschedule within same calendar year $0/Cancel 100% of fee

All sessions rescheduled to a new calendar year will incur a 10% rescheduling fee.

For online workshops, there are no refunds allowed.

5. Where are the workshops held?
Our workshops are held nationwide and online - including Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Indianapolis, Raleigh, and San Francisco. We host our workshops at business sites, conference centers, and hotels.

6. What are the workshop times?
In-person workshops run from 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. each day.

Online workshop times vary, but will run two hours daily, twice a week for four weeks.

7. Do you offer any discounts on workshop fees (including nonprofit or government rates)?

Government:
Government employees receive a 10 percent discount. If you're registering as a government employee, please contact Katy O'Connor at koconnor@interactionassociates.com to discuss how to receive the 10% discount

Discounts cannot be combined with any other offers and are voided by cancelations.

8. What's included in my workshop fee?

Fees includes all materials for in-person and live-online. For in-person, this includes daily continental breakfast and lunch. Sorry, we cannot provide breakfast and lunch for online workshops; you are on your own!

10. Do you offer Continuing Education Units (CEUs)?

Yes! Many of our Public Workshops offer Continuing Education Units (CEUs). Please check the individual program to see what's available. Upon request we will provide a letter verifying successful completion and the number of workshop hours completed. We also offer PDUs. Project Managers can earn PDUs by attending many of our workshops: the number of PDUs offered is listed on the Program page.

11. What is the workshop pre-work, and why is it important?

Your workshop actually begins when you start your pre-work. It requires you to reflect on your experience and insight. It introduces you to some of the workshop's core concepts and models. You will use your pre-work in workshop exercises. Online workshops also require completion of interim assignments.

12. Once I complete my pre-work, what do I do with it?
Bring your completed pre-work with you to the workshop.

13. How long does the pre-work take?
Your pre-work will take you about half an hour to complete.

14. How many participants comprise a typical public workshop?
The number of participants typically ranges from 8 to 18.

15. What is your trainer-to-participant ratio?
Unlike most training companies, we will provide one trainer for every 12 participants. This ensures you the personal attention you need to advance your skill level.
