In June, Ashley Welch spoke with Danny Martin: thought leader, environmentalist, facilitator, and inspirational speaker. Ashley and Danny discussed how to deepen and widen understanding within a group or organization so that change can take place.

Danny has spent much of his life as a convener and facilitator of "conversations that matter," particularly on topics affecting the environment. He has worked with the United Nations on the construction of the Earth Charter, and, more recently, with Indian Point, a New York nuclear power plant. "People are not changed by information, they have to be grabbed. Some kind of human transformation has to happen to create change." – Danny Martin
