A Matter of Trust

In an analysis Interaction Associates conducted a couple of years ago, we found that companies with high scores on three dimensions — leadership, collaboration and trust — enjoy a 28.5 percent premium in their price/earnings ratio compared to companies with low scores across these dimensions. We have also found that firms that are able to grow their profitability by more than five percent annually consistently outperform slower-growth companies on dozens of behaviors associated with these three dimensions.
