Kaitlyn’s mission is to generate interest in Interaction Associates by qualifying new opportunities and developing relationships with future clients.

A native of Massachusetts and 15-year veteran in the client services industry, Kaitlyn also has experience as a Concierge, Travel Destination Expert and Agent, and Events Manager.

When not at work, Kaitlyn can be found refinishing furniture and collaborating with her husband to raise a tiny human.

Kaitlyn constantly uses the Results, Process, Relationship model – at work, at home, and in trying to keep her house clean. (She’s still working on the house thing.)

Kaitlyn holds a Bachelors Degree in Communication Arts from Framingham State University.
