Susannah’s mission is to help leaders advance their ideas and their careers. For more than 20 years, Susannah has helped her clients develop leadership, facilitation, and presentation skills. She has coached executive and emerging leaders to improve their communication style and effectiveness, and to develop specific speeches for their boards, conferences, sales meetings, and keynote addresses.

Susannah joined Interaction Associates in 1990 and focuses on developing collaborative leaders within Fortune 50 companies. Her unique background in leadership development, speech and communications expertise, and training in clinical psychology informs her work with clients.

Susannah has extensive experience as a public speaker, as a moderator in conference settings, and as a weekly radio show host. 

Susannah’s extensive client experience includes engagements with: Charles Schwab, Cisco Systems, Twitter, Mozilla, NextVR, PagerDuty, Facebook, Cloudflare, Ultragenyx, ProLogis, Stanford Children’s Health, Lucille Packard Foundation, Healthline, Gap, Inc., Visa USA, and Wharton.

Susannah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Dominican University of California, and a Doctor in Philosophy in Clinical Psychology from the San Francisco School of Psychology. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coach Federation.
