Rachael aims to enable peak performance in teams through effective communication, strengths-based collaboration, and sustained well-being. As a seasoned facilitator and coach, she integrates new concepts into practical actions using evidence-based frameworks tailored to each group's needs.

Previously, Rachael was an educator in Silicon Valley, designing custom curriculums for neurodiverse students. She also spent ten years as an executive producer of large-scale events in the San Francisco Bay Area, where her interest in team development began.

In her spare time, Rachael hosts pro-bono workshops for social-emotional development in women and girls and serves on the advisory board of the Appleseed Project. She holds various certifications, including from Cornell University and the International Coaches Federation, and supports leaders and teams in global companies, high-growth startups, and NGOs.

Beth is a seasoned trainer and facilitator with a mission to empower managers and teams to collaborate effectively and achieve outstanding results. Since joining Interaction Associates as a Senior Consultant in 1999, Beth has utilized her extensive experience in organizational consulting to transform workplace dynamics. Her career took a pivotal turn after participating in Interaction Associates’ Essential Facilitation® workshop in 1989, profoundly influencing her professional path.

Before her tenure at Interaction Associates, she was a trainer and organizational development consultant at AG Consulting. Beth has worked with a diverse array of high-profile clients, including General Mills, eBay, Kaiser Permanente, and Toyota, tailoring her approach to meet unique organizational needs.

Beth holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from California State University-Humboldt, is certified in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, and is a trained Life Coach and Community Mediator. She thrives on adapting her facilitation strategies to new groups, ensuring effective collaboration across various settings.
