Rachael Grail

Rachael aims to enable peak performance in teams through effective communication, strengths-based collaboration, and sustained well-being. As a seasoned facilitator and coach, she integrates new concepts into practical actions using evidence-based frameworks tailored to each group's needs.

Previously, Rachael was an educator in Silicon Valley, designing custom curriculums for neurodiverse students. She also spent ten years as an executive producer of large-scale events in the San Francisco Bay Area, where her interest in team development began.

In her spare time, Rachael hosts pro-bono workshops for social-emotional development in women and girls and serves on the advisory board of the Appleseed Project. She holds various certifications, including from Cornell University and the International Coaches Federation, and supports leaders and teams in global companies, high-growth startups, and NGOs.

Chris Williams
COO

Chris’s mission is to facilitate conversations and decision making across Interaction Associates by building strong relationships, alignment of process, and overall execution of our operational plans and company values. As a member of our senior management team, Chris appreciates that IA is a dynamic and exciting place to work, not only because of the range of services and clientele, but because IA is deeply invested in the overall success of each employee.

His background includes more than twelve years in the professional services space in business operations, recruiting, business development, and complex research roles. Prior work includes strategy consulting for Fortune 500 clients.

Chris believes in finding ways to serve his neighbors and our broader world. He is especially drawn to service opportunities that honor the dignity of people and the beauty of our natural world and dedicates time helping Habitat for Humanity and the JC Raulston Arboretum.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master’s in Public Administration (MPA) from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.

Kate Elliott
VP Systemwide Quality Improvement
Comagine Health

Kate Elliott is vice president of systemwide quality improvement (SQI) for Comagine Health, leading a team of experts in health care transformation for clients including federal and state governments and private institutions. SQI improves care across communities through quality improvement, education, coaching, and consulting. Ms. Elliott uses facilitative leadership to support high-impact programs.

Previously, she was Comagine Health’s associate executive director, leading strategic planning, business development, and community engagement. She also co-facilitated a workgroup focused on value-based payment models in primary care. At the Patient-Centered Primary Care Institute, she connected Oregon practices with technical assistance on emerging health topics.

Before Comagine Health, she held leadership roles at a nonprofit in Arizona, developing training programs and improving health center operations. Ms. Elliott was a founding member and board chair of the Young Nonprofit Professionals Network.

She holds a bachelor's degree in history and a master’s in nonprofit leadership and management from Arizona State University.
