Bonnie is a project manager, and her mission is ensuring the smooth development and delivery of Interaction Associates’ services. She works on our most complex and high-volume client engagements to make sure that our consultants are set up for success and our clients always have high quality experiences.
Bonnie has more than 20 years of experience in project management and customer service, primarily in the services industry. She also worked in marketing for 14 years, managing 3rd party demographic data files and as a non-profit client list manager.
Bonnie’s favorite IA practice is Results-Process-Relationship (RPR), because she believes it is the perfect road map for managing any project. To achieve the desired result, you need a solid process, and the contributors involved need to understand how their efforts relate to the outcome.
