Prior to joining IA, Jason worked in higher education and entrepreneurship. He has decades of experience leading teams in a variety of settings and consults regularly around Organizational Leadership, Org. Culture, and Communications topics.
Jason holds a B.S. from Butler University, B.M. from Butler University, M.B.A. from Ball State University and a Ph.D (Organizational Leadership) from Northcentral University. Other honors include: Nobel Distinguished Educator Award and Indiana Governor’s Leadership Award
