After earning her degree in Interpersonal Communication from Bowling Green State University, Kristin moved to North Carolina to launch her career in pharmaceutical event planning. With extensive experience supporting sales teams throughout the entire sales cycle— including pre-sale, onsite, coaching, and virtual training—Kristin brings a wealth of expertise to her consulting practice.
Since joining Interaction Associates in 2019, Kristin's professional journey has been marked by profound personal growth. Her deepened understanding of self-awareness and enhanced ability to connect with others has fueled her passion for empowering individuals to take charge of their success, leading to thriving organizations.
