Our 2014-15 research report, “Building Workplace Trust,” exposes a critical shortfall in trust levels at organizations worldwide. More than half of those surveyed don’t trust their leaders and organizations. At the same time, one-quarter of employees trust their bosses and senior leadership less this year than in 2013. The report points to proven ways to improve trust levels — and promises big rewards for those who do.

This is our sixth year researching trust and leadership – specifically, what drives workplace trust, and how trust helps drive business performance.

This year, we focused on trust's impact on employee engagement and financial results, as usual – and we also explored the relationship between trust and innovation, trust and direct reports, how trust affects virtual workers, and more.
